DuBois Center
Acting Program Director

DuBois Center, a ministry of the congregations of the Illinois South Conference of the United Church of Christ, is seeking an Acting Program Director to live on-site and serve for twelve months. Located on 200 acres, 90 minutes east of St. Louis, DuBois Center serves a diverse population. Job responsibilities include:
• Working with the Director of Outdoor Ministries to oversee the summer camp program
• Management and oversight of the Nature’s Classroom experiential education program
• Ensuring program operations meet all applicable ACA standards and state and federal requirements
• Assisting with guest group hosting responsibilities
• Providing support for DuBois-sponsored retreats
• Participating and consulting with the Outdoor Ministries Team (OMT) and related committees
• Providing support for marketing and promotional efforts of the camp
Candidate must have experience with and a passion for camp and retreat ministries, successful experience in program leadership and implementation that includes the supervision of personnel, and a high level of Christian ethics and values. Mo-Val Camp and Retreat Center

Mo-Val Camp and Retreat Center, a well-maintained 280-acre site located in historic Missouri Wine Country and a ministry of the Missouri Mid-South Conference of the United Church of Christ, is seeking a full-time, year-round Outdoor Ministries Director. This ministry of faith formation and discernment requires someone with the ability to: design, plan and implement programs for summer and seasonal groups; engage in public relations and marketing; develop and manage an operational budget; pursue the development of financial resources; oversee the maintenance of camp property and equipment; and develop volunteer leadership in ministry. The position offers full benefits and a competitive salary package.
