OMA-UCC Welcomes New Board Members

June Boutwell is currently serving as the Transitional Camp Manager at Camp Adams in Oregon. The camp is a ministry of the Central Pacific Conference UCC. She retired from parish ministry in 2022 and currently lives in Portland, Oregon. She is a member of Ainsworth UCC where she also serves as treasurer.

Rev. Tracy Heilman is on the staff of the Illinois Conference of the UCC, as the Site Director of Tower Hill Camp and Retreat Center, in Sawyer, MI. She brings 25 years of experience as a Children, Youth and Family Minister in Oklahoma, New Hampshire, Illinois, and as a solo pastor in Montana, where she was also the Conference Moderator. Tracy’s vision for ministry is to read our sacred stories as though they are alive, and our lives as sacred stories. Her passion, as a middle child, is bringing people with different opinions and perspectives together to solve the problems facing our communities.

Tim Hughes has been leading Outdoor Ministry around New England and beyond since 1978. First at Silver Lake Conference Center (now called Silver Lake Camp and Retreat Center) in CT as a Counselor, Dean, Summer Staff member, international trip leader; Member of Board of Directors, and finally as Co- Executive Director with wife Anne Hughes for 13 years. Soon after 'retiring’ from Silver Lake, he was recruited to fill in as Executive Director for a year at Horton Center in NH… which turned into 6 years, finally seeing Tivvi Paré follow as the new Executive Director in September of this year!

The Rev. Dr. Courtney Stange-Tregear is the Chief Relationship Officer at Cornerstone Fund and past clergyperson in the United Church of Christ, anchored in the dynamic work of social justice advocacy and congregational transformation. She served at the UCC Pacific Northwest Conference as Acting Conference Minister, where she draws on her community organizing background to support and sustain dynamic, collaborative, and intersectional churches.
